HepcoMotion exhibiting at Industrie Paris

Back

HepcoMotion is pleased to be exhibiting at Industrie Paris, one of the top tradeshows for production technologies in France.  Demonstrating the depth of its product ranges ideally suited to industrial automation, Hepco looks forward to welcoming visitors to its stand (5D48).

Key products on the stand include the highly-regarded GFX Hepco Guidance for the Beckhoff XTS (eXtended Transport System).  This solution utilises Hepco’s PRT2 and 1-Trak guidance systems to work with Beckhoff’s XTS circuit linear system to meet the needs of higher duty XTS applications where motion profiles and long-term durability requirements are particularly demanding.  The combination of technologies from market leaders Beckhoff and Hepco provides users with a robust, high production and flexible solution that will revolutionise production processes in many manufacturing applications.  This system is ideally suited to a range of applications, such as a variable speed lane divider to sort randomly positioned items into separate lanes, or a double-sided system for a compact application that requires multiple motion profiles.

Further products on the stand include the DTS2 driven track system – an ideal choice for any application that requires high positional accuracy and a demanding duty cycle.  Widely used to facilitate high speed automation of assembly processes, the DTS2 is popular in a number of industries including the packaging, automotive, electronic and pharmaceutical industries to name but a few.

Hepco also caters for high load capacity (up to 40kN) on a ring and track system.  Ring segments combine with straight slides to build open paths or closed circuits.  Utilising proven components, HDRT track systems are used extensively as transfer systems for machine tool and automation applications.  With little to no maintenance required ring systems are considered in many cases as a cost effective alternative to traditional slewing rings.

Hepco is well known for its V guide technology – a unique wiping action that expels debris from the rail, keeping machines running and reliable. Hepco has been leading the development of V Guide technology since 1969 and continues to develop innovative linear products that offer new solutions to design engineers.

With Hepco’s experienced team on hand to discuss applications and product offerings, Hepco looks forward to meeting visitors at stand 5D48 at Industrie Paris on the 27th-30th March 2018.
