HepcoMotion is celebrating National Apprentice Week (14th-18th March) by calling for local people to apply for apprenticeships at its headquarters in Tiverton.
For nearly 20 years, Hepco has augmented its skilled workforce with a fresh intake of engineering apprentices and 2016 is no exception. Hepco is now actively recruiting for this year’s intake and is offering two types of apprenticeships: the Advanced Apprenticeship is aimed at students looking for alternatives to A levels, and the Higher Apprenticeship is for those already qualified to A level standard and looking for degree level study.
With a well-renowned apprenticeship scheme, the 200-employee site has a strong history working with apprentices as many of the managers and even the chairman himself, started work at HepcoMotion as apprentices.
Hepco’s new Apprentice Training Manager, Maurice Porter, says “I have always been impressed by HepcoMotion`s commitment to high quality engineering apprenticeships. I am looking forward to building on the successes already achieved and developing more ways to improve our industry-leading apprenticeship programme.”
Supporting National Apprentice Week, Hepco is holding an Apprentice Open Day on Friday 18th March for students to come and find out more. To book your place please contact Lynsey Frank on 01884 243400 or [email protected]
