Designed for extreme conditions – Operates at temperatures between -50°C. and +210 °C.
Durable – Made entirely from stainless steel, these bearings use specialised grease for optimum performance in extreme environments.
V guide benefits – All bearings complement HepcoMotion’s V guide systems and therefore feature the inherent benefits of V guide technology.
A flexible solution – Bearings are perfect for combining with Hepco’s stainless steel range (SL2, HDS2 and stainless steel PRT2).
Perfect for – high vacuum use in industrial and scientific applications including semiconductor, wafer processing, LCD & OLED panel manufacture and vapour deposition equipment.
- V bearings and rollers in combination as fixed and free-floating bearings available to compensate for misalignment and simplify installation
- V bearing and rollers can be used with and without lubrication, to suit the needs of the application
- Double eccentric bearings available, allowing sufficient adjustment in order to disengage a carriage from the slide
- Special lubricators for vacuum and high temperature, and low temperatures available, opening up applications in extreme conditions
- Perfect for cooling rooms and freeze-dry applications
- Bearing sizes are available from 18 to 54mm diameter, providing greater choice to designers
