HepcoMotion’s Apprenticeship Recruitment Open Morning for those interested in pursuing a career in engineering

Tiverton-based engineering firm HepcoMotion is pleased to hold its annual Apprenticeship Recruitment Open morning at its headquarters in Lower Moor Business Park on Friday 13th March from 10-1pm.  Aimed at students who are leaving college this year and considering applying for an apprenticeship, the recruitment open morning provides students with an opportunity to come and see for themselves what Hepco’s industry-leading apprenticeship scheme offers.

An informal and informative morning, students will learn about HepcoMotion, a world-leading manufacturer of linear motion systems based in Tiverton. Students will have the opportunity to look around Hepco’s facilities, meet some of their current apprentices and speak to some of their former apprentices, many of who are now in management positions.

Students will also enjoy a detailed tour of the factory, including visiting some of the many departments where apprentices spend their time learning engineering skills such as milling, turning, grinding, robotics, inspection, CAD modelling and CNC programming.

With a HepcoMotion Engineering Apprenticeship, apprentices will learn the skills required to become a fully qualified engineer and begin their career with industry-leading experience behind them.  Indeed over one third of Hepco’s senior management are former apprentices, highlighting the value Hepco place on apprentices.
