CNC Cell Machinist

Operating 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines for production of various components by:

• Selection of correct programme using the Fanuc and Hurco controls

• Identifying the required tooling

• Setting tools in the machine

• Setting the work holding on the machine

• Running a proving programme

• Understanding and reading engineering drawings

• Ability to follow process instructions

• Able to use measuring equipment

• Basic IT knowledge

A basic level of engineering machining experience will provide a good foundation for training on specific use of machines and other job functions.

Friday 7am to 12pm
